PROJECTS AND PROGRAMMES
ICCERT has been involving and initiating different Projects, locally, nationally and internationally.
Local Projects

It involves, basic English Communication Training for the non English Speaking people, Help Desk Services, Health Walk, Individual Counseling, Visiting Homes of Disabled and Elderly people and helping them to fill up application forms, clearing any doubts on taking their medications (as most of them have difficulty in reading English) and talking to them and encouraging them for a Healthy Living. We serve people from all ethnic backgrounds, especially from the South Asian background who lives in Southall, Ealing, Hillingdon, Harrow, Greenford, Hounslow, Acton etc. Voice of Dalits International(VODI) and Help Link have been initiated  Help Desk Services and Basic English Communication Training Programmmes and ICCERT has been involving for the successful delivery of the service to the beneficiaries and other local Programmmes mentioned above has been initiated by ICCERT itself.
Service to the Migrant Communities
ICCERT also would like to render services to the migrant undocumented people in the UK, as they are in large numbers in the area mentioned above and have no access to any kind of facilities such as housing, medical treatment, jobs etc. Most of these people are sleeping on the benches on the road side, some corners of some unattended buildings etc and their lives here in the UK is very miserable and intolerable, especially during the winter season.
ICCERT would like to start and function a Help Desk Service for the undocumented migrant people based in Southall.
Help at the Door Programme:
ICCERT has been discovered that a reasonable amount of people who spend their time at home without contacting the outside world. Some may be sick, disabled, old, and lonely and even nobody to help when they need genuine help, for example, their medicines finished and they didn’t` remember to re-order and it is essential that someone to help them to get the medicines. In some cases, to fill up an application for a disabled person and that person is not able to go an office where the services available and  the person who fill up the form has to get correct information from the disabled person. In such cases, someone to visit the disabled person`s house and interview that person for getting real condition of the person.
ICCERT has convinced the situation and started a Programme called “Help at the Door” and this programme has got good appreciation of the service users and they are thankful to ICCERT team.
